Municipal Wastewater Treatment

Municipal wastewater is the most significant source of pollution discharged into surface waters in the world with most plants in dire need of upgrades to keep up with the growing waste volumes. SuperOx demonstrations and studies have proven that the long-lasting high levels of the proprietary molecular dissolved oxygen (MDO) supplied to sewage treatment ponds and facilities outperforms, by far, conventional methods and at less cost and time. Locations can be kept in compliance without the need for expensive blowers; sludge volumes are significantly reduced by the unprecedented level of waste microbial activity around the clock, and odors are eliminated.

Environmental Site Remediation

The world is overwhelmed with contaminated groundwater, wastewater containment ponds, lagoons and storage vessels. The USA budget is currently $100 billion for addressing this huge problem. Hydrocarbon sludge, chemical wastewater, brine water and other common contaminants – both above ground and below – can now be more effectively bio-remediated in an unprecedented and far superior way than current methods by incorporating SuperOx. MDO with Surface Tension Reduction allows for the waste microbes to consume these contaminants faster and more efficiently, thereby reducing costs.

Animal Wastewater Treatment

Wastewater from large commercial agriculture operations such as feed lots, hog farms, chicken houses, turkey farms, dairy farms, etc., have become a major concern for regulators and operators. As with municipal wastewater treatment, SuperOx can solve these industry’s growing waste management problems and maintain regular and consistent discharges. SuperOx has been demonstrated on such sites very successfully eliminating odors as well.

Agriculture & Animal Production

Hyper-oxygenating irrigation water with SuperOx will increase the growth rate in the fields of agriculture. It goes without saying, the more oxygen there is in the irrigation water the bigger the plant will become and in less growth time. In addition to this, less water is required when it is oxygenated to the levels SuperOx can take it. Initial small batch experiment results indicate crop yields of 30% and more should be achievable.

Concrete Enhancement

In controlled third party engineering studies, SuperOx demonstrated a truly ground breaking application of its oxygenation treatment technology. By using the SuperOx water in place of regular city water, concrete that normally takes 28 days to cure was cured in just seven days! The benefits of this potentially disruptive application in construction is truly unfathomable, especially when attempting to estimate the difference this is going to make in dollars. Aquaculture

Maintaining the desired constant DO levels is critical to the success of aquaculture operation. Due to a whole host of problems, such as weather, mechanical and electrical failures, overfeeding, water quality, etc., DO levels can drop significantly and with that goes pond health. Therefore, aquaculture is an excellent industry for SuperOx. The integrated water restructuring technologies significantly enhance the growing capabilities of the aquatic life forms found in this industry. SuperOx has the potential to increase production by providing higher survival rates and better food conversion ratio in a superior aquatic environment.
